Im thinking maybe I should just stop with all of the baby talk for awhile. It just brings me down, and I still havent started my cycle even with the medication.
I suppose Ive been letting it get the best of me, because Ive been told Im having a pitty party. So maybe the best thing is to just keep it between me and God for now.
I hope everyone had a great holiday. Happy New Year.

The not so Joys of fertility drugs
Well, last Thursday I started the first two medications that are suppose to help me ovulate to increase change of pregnancy. Ive started Metformin ( which they say I am suppose to take up until Im 9 weeks pregnant) and Ive also started Povera, Which is suppose to jump start my cycle and ovulation. Once that happens then I will start clomiphene and Dexamethason.
So far, Ive been cranky, emotional and been having indigestion feeling symptoms, ( which is on the list of symptoms/ side effects so nothing serious)
I HATE it, I cant control my emotions and whats even MORE annoying is the fact that I havent started my cycle, and thats what this is suppose to do!
As you may of guess by now, Im a little impatient, and I know I shouldnt be, but I am,...and Im trying to work on it.
I know there are so many people praying for me, and Us, and Im so thankful and blessed. I know God has a plan for me, and I have to trust that, I just really really REALLY hope it involves havin my own children....

No one ever said having a child was easy...
You may or may not know that I was diagnosed with Poly Cystic Ovarian Sydrome at the age of 14 and Ive had complications with my ovaries ever since.
Glendon and I have started trying to have a baby, its something that I have dreamed about for awhile now. I work with children 11.5 hours a day, and Ive been longing for the time when I would be able to take care of my own.
Having PCOS can make it difficult to concieve and it seems that miscarriages are also common with the disease. But I am determined to be a mother and make this dream come true. Which is why next week I will start taking 4 different medications to jump start ovulation and get things in working order. I cant deny that I am very disappointed that I have to go this route and not be able to do everything on my own, naturally, but I suppose if this is the only way, then thats what I will do.
However I must say that prenatal vitamins do wonderful things! My hair and nails have never been so healthy :) and Ive yet to get any of these colds and flus that have been going around the school, and if you know my immune system, that is a very rare thing!
The downside to this is that Ive been very emotional and taking things very hard. Its very frustrating to me to see young girls 18, 19, 20... having children, children that were not at all planned,..and "oops" and yet here I am 25, married, and unsure if I will be able to be the mother I so long to be. Ive been trying to stay positive, and trust that the Lord has a plan for me, that includes becoming a mother, some days are just harder than others...

An introduction...
Ive decided to start a blog to share with family and friends to keep in touch and let everyone see whats going on in our world out here in Kansas.
So, We have been married a little over a month now, and I must say, Im enjoying it :) I feel as though Glendon and I are closer than ever, and finally getting to call him my husband is pretty nice too. I still cant believe that we are actually married some times, who meets their husband when they are 13? Apparently this girl ;)
Im so glad that so many of you got to share our special day with us, and I know the rest of you were there in spirit. It went so fast, it was like a dream!
I cant wait to see what God has in store for us to come, and to be able to share it with all of you!
xoxo
